Credit Cards We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon submission of your order.
Disputes The term "Dispute" means any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and Sky High Products and any other properties, products, websites, or subsidiary entities. "Dispute" is to be given the broadest possible meaning that will be enforced. If you have a Dispute with Sky High Products employees, owners and agents that cannot be resolved through negotiation within the time frame described in the "Notice of Dispute" clause below, you and Sky High Products agree to seek resolution of the Dispute only through arbitration of that Dispute and not litigate any Dispute in court. Arbitration means that the Dispute will be resolved by a neutral arbitrator instead of in a court by a judge or jury.
Fraud Fraud refers to all fraudulent transactions, unauthorized transactions, and unauthorized access. All fraudulent activity is subject to criminal prosecution. We report Fraud and fraudulent activity to the respective banks, local police department and the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). We are a small family owned and operated business. Fraud puts our business and livelihoods at risk. We already have enough headaches to deal with and families to feed. Please do not steal from us, I hope you can understand. Thanks in advance.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks We do accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks and company checks however not via the website at this time. If you wish to pay using these methods please contact us first and we will work out alternative arrangements.
Multiple Product Orders For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for all products at time of purchase. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt if an order is split into multiple shipments.
Order Acceptance Policy Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Sky High Products reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Other Conditions These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Sky High Products signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time. You certify that by purchasing products from this website that you are ove 18 years old. Buy purchasing from us you agree that we will not be held liable for any injuries due to vaping our products whether resulting from proper or improper use.
Out-of-Stock Products and Substitutions On occasion one or more items in your order could be out of stock. In some cases we will just replace the item with a similar or better item and note it in your order. For some cases (larger orders, or higher ticket items) we will initiate contact with the buyer to decide upon changes to the order. This does include E-Juice. If you have ordered E-Juice and we are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to send you an equal or larger size of a similar flavor in the same nicotine level. These kinds of issues are very rare. In order to get all of your orders out quicker we have decided to substitute or replace rather than cause delays. If you would prefer to NOT have any substitutions in your order please let us know in the order comments.  Otherwise, we will ship your product as it becomes available. Orders usually ship within 24 hours of receipt but may be delayed due to arriving shipments that contain products that you have ordered. Orders received on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday may not ship until the following Monday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.
